On September 11, 2025, we took part in TEK.day Gdańsk 2025, a specialized one-day trade fair for professionals in electronics design and manufacturing held at AmberExpo in Gdańsk, Poland. We participated with our own stand, where we had the opportunity to meet engineers, procurement specialists, and industry leaders from across the electronics sector.

At the event, we introduced our solution EMAISa Smart Procurement Platform for Electronics Manufacturers (EMS). Throughout the day, visitors stopped by our stand to see how the platform works in practice, discuss their procurement challenges, and explore how AI can simplify BOM management and component sourcing.

TEK.day Gdańsk brought together more than 1,000 attendees and nearly 200 exhibitors, with a strong focus on the growing role of artificial intelligence in electronics design and production. For us, it was a great opportunity to connect directly with professionals in the field and demonstrate how modern data analysis tools can support real operational workflows.

Presenting EMAIS

During the event we demonstrated EMAIS, our AI-powered procurement platform designed specifically for electronics manufacturers and EMS companies.

EMAIS helps teams manage Bills of Materials (BOM), synchronize stock data, and analyze the components market to build optimized purchasing plans. The platform automatically cleans and structures BOM data from multiple sources — including Excel files, ERP systems, and internal databases — turning it into a ready-to-purchase list enriched with real-time supplier information.

Using integrations with suppliers such as DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, and others, EMAIS aggregates price and availability data and suggests fully compatible alternatives when components are unavailable or too expensive. This allows procurement teams to react quickly to shortages and market fluctuations while maintaining production continuity.

EMAIS is designed to streamline procurement workflows and reduce manual effort across the entire BOM processing cycle. Key capabilities include:
